How Quickly Will My Order Be Despatched?
We dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and bank holidays). As soon as your order leaves our workshop, a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming the dispatch of your order and a note of your tracking number (if required).
What Shipping Method Do You Use?
All items in the United Kingdom are sent via Royal Mail First Class unless otherwise requested. If you request Royal Mail Special Delivery Royal Mail deliver most items the next working day by 1PM Monday to Friday (except public and bank holidays). They sometimes deliver on Saturdays if the item arrives at their local delivery office that day, but they cannot guarantee delivery on a Saturday.
What Does Postage And Packing Cost?
The cost of postage and packing utilising the Royal Mail Special Delivery service can be found under the heading 'Delivery Policy'. Royal Mail First Class and Airmail Services are in line with the Royal Mail Postage Prices Guide dated 30th April 2012. For items posted to UK addresses with a value above £50.00 we will send this First Class Recorded Delivery unless you have opted for Royal Mail Special Delivery.
How Will My Goods Be Packed?
All goods are safely dispatched boxed and packed in tissue paper. You may include a personal message with your gift, if the gift is being sent straight to the recipient. You will need to specify this at checkout.
Where Is My Order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched from our UK workshop we will send you a confirmation dispatch email to say it is on its way to you.
If your item has been sent Royal Mail Special Delivery a tracking number is available, which can be found on your despatch email under the applicable order reference number. Logging onto the Royal Mail web site and entering this number on the Track & Trace page will give you up to date information of the whereabouts of your parcel.
As a signature is required for this service, if there is no one available to sign at the quoted delivery address at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave you a ‘you were out card’. If this is the case your parcel will automatically be sent to your local depot for collection by you. All the information you need to know about collecting your parcel will be documented on your ‘you were out card’.
If your order does not arrive within three working days, please contact us and we will investigate further for you.
