Our Delivery Policy
Please read and understand our Delivery Policy, before placing an order.
Your item will typically be sent Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery.
Postage
We charge fair and honest postage, with a very small surcharge to cover the cost of our packaging.
Dispatch
Your order will normally be dispatched within 2 working days of placing an order. Expect delivery in 2-3 working days, although typically, this will be quicker. An email will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched.
Gift Bags
We only send your Gift Bag by Royal Mail Special Delivery™, which must be signed for when you receive your items. Please ensure that there is somebody at your delivery address to sign for the delivery, otherwise, your package will be held by Royal Mail at your local sorting office, awaiting your collection.
Gift Items
For addresses in the UK most individual gift items are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery unless you choose the option to use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service.
Costs and Weights for special delivery items (ie. gift bags)
- up to 100g = £5.90
- up to 500g = £6.35 (typically 1 smaller gift bag)
- up to 1kg = £7.55 (typically 1 larger gift bag)
- up to 2kg = £9.75 (typically 2/3 gift bags)
- over 2kg = £24.50*
Highlands and Islands
Please be aware that the Royal Mail may take longer to deliver to you, if you are resident in the Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, or, the Isle of Man.

If you live outside of the United Kingdom, please be sure to select the correct postage rule at the checkout. You will have the option to choose between Worldwide Airmail or Airmail Europe.
